Ask a new question. I recently upgrade my Nero Platinum to Nero Platinum. My Nero worked fine but has some new features I wanted to check out However when I installed it refused to work – well some of it worked but Nero Video and Nero Recode won’t work in that they will edit a video but I can’t save it. I have been trying to resolve the nero 2017 platinum opinie free with Nero for 3 weeks to no avail.
They insist the program works fine and that it is my computer. I have sent them all the info they wanted about my system NeroSupport. My computer is an AMD 6 core 3. In order to try and resolve the issue I installed Nero which I got with and which also refuses to work exactly the same as Nero on this computer on an older 2. So what do you think, is it a conflict with Windows 10, a settings issue or a hardware conflict with my AMD system?
